Lie back on your mat, put on your headphones and let Jafeth Mariani’s voice, music and hypnotic impulses guide you away from everyday thoughts. Katrin Eilenberger accompanies the experience with her calm presence and optional, carefully agreed touch impulses.
No performance. No expectations. Just time to let go, quiet your mind and reconnect with yourself.
Please bring a comfortable mat, a small pillow and a warm blanket. A vegetarian and vegan mini-buffet will be served afterwards.
